Abstract

The aim of these work is to demonstrate that settings are very important in rehabilitation. It is necessary to keep an eye on the background when an activity is in process, same as an individual or collective intervention. These ideas where studied through a semi-structured interview of 15 patients and 15 workers, that reveals six categories. Those categories could be such a recipe for the best psychiatric structure of ever: hospitality, sharing, support, protection, enough space for rehabilitation activities and outdoor space. Even a small experiment was done in the psychiatric ward: a spatial redevelopment of the Club House.
